Mindfulness for Families

This series of five classes is for parents and children ( 8 years and older) who want to learn more about what Mindfulness is and how the practice of Mindfulness Meditation can help both adults and children reduce anxiety and increase enjoyment and relaxation in our everyday lives. Parents will work with Christine Klassen-St Pierre for a one hour session each week. Children will work with Helen Anne Girourad for 45 minutes, followed by a light snack. We strongly encourage at least one parent to participate if a child is registered.

Fee: $50 - $100 suggested per participant (pay what you can)
