  • 1.5 hours

This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers, or anyone who work with children and youth. Discover tools for helping your family get organized and share responsibility. You’ll get strategies for getting “to-do” lists “to-done” with less nagging!

  • 8 one-hour weekly sessions

    For students, teachers/educators, and parents.

The Seeing My Time® program (also known as the Sklar Process®) takes an innovative, brain-based approach to teaching time management and other executive function skills. As participants are led through the Seeing My Time® workbook, they learn about their brain, and observe how visual tools can effectively support their brain with planning and organizing. This reflective, hands-on process lays the foundation for sustaining long-term change.

This program is available to adults as individuals. For youth in grades 9 or 10, we require a parent or caregiver to attend as a participant. Youth in grades 11 and 12 may take this program either with an adult or as an individual depending on their needs and ability to work independently.

The Seeing My Time® workbook costs $30 per participant.

  • AURORA Workshops is our professional development series, helping people work better. AURORA delivers practical experiential workshops that offer concrete tips and tools to improve work life. Topics range from growth mindset in the workplace, attention and focus, productivity, instructional skills, and more.
