FAWN FRITZEN
Fawn (she/her) has a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University and a diverse background both culturally and professionally. She speaks English and French, as well as her ancestral languages German and Mandarin Chinese. Born in Anemki Wequedong (Thunder Bay), she has lived in all three northern territories, settling in Kwanlin (Whitehorse) in 2005. Fawn has been a bookkeeper, business analyst, event producer, airline customer service agent, and recording jazz artist.
In her role with AURORA Workshops, Fawn loves to help people to continue their post-workshop learning, connecting them with the latest news in brain science and education research. Fawn also maintains the LDAY website and administers literacy screening tests.
Outside of work, she produces Café des Voix and is attempting to become an adequate swimmer as she moves into empty-nester life. She’s also a dedicated DIYer.
