Finding Time is a brain-based approach to teaching time management and other executive function skills. This course combines aspects of Marydee Sklar’s “Seeing My Time®” program with current brain science and growth mindset principles.
A coach guides participants through the Finding Time workbook, which introduces information about how the brain works, plus a variety of tools to support the planning and organizing. This reflective, hands-on process lays the foundation for sustainable long-term change.
This program is available to adults as individuals. For youth in grades 9 or 10, we require a parent or caregiver to attend as a co-participant. Youth in grades 11 and 12 may take this program either with an adult or as an individual depending on their needs and ability to work independently.
The Finding Time workbook costs $20 per participant.
